Our cancellation policy is simple and straightforward. If the charter is canceled due to weather, we offer a full refund on the day of the charter. If you need to reschedule due to weather, we offer free rescheduling. For any other reason, cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the start of the charter to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the start of the charter will not be refunded. Please get in touch with us for any further questions regarding our cancellation policy.
